This leg spreader makes various popular carbon tripods more rigid for the use in astrophotography 

This leg spreader is compatible with following carbon tripods:

• Innorel RT90C
• Artcise AS90C
• Evumo XT9S
• Weyllan LX9

as well with various other similar tripods which have 40mm carbon legs and have 40kg capacity, see this page for an overview

The spreader keeps the legs fixed in their wide position and so makes the tripod more rigid. The leg spreader should work with any mount with a 3/8" central mounting hole. There are around 14mm of the screw thread from the top surface of the tripod mounting plate available for the mount.

There are following options provided in addition to the standard package:

• The nut is useful for extension piers that do not have 3/8" threaded, but rather a regular 3/8" whole. For example, this is the case for the ZWO piers in a case when you need to use them without mounting plate
• Some piers have a M8 center hole on the bottom. For these cases, you can order an additional screw with M8 thread in a set with the nut
